Whole Grain Wednesday

Rigatoni Lasagna Skillet

16 package of whole grain rigatoni
12oz ground Italian sausage
15oz container of Ricotta Cheese
8oz Shredded six-cheese blend Italian Cheese
1/3 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
26oz Traditional pasta cause
1 egg

1- cook noodles as directed on package

2- brown sausage till no longer pink

3- mix egg, ricotta cheese and Parmesan cheese together in small bowl

4- once pasta is done, drain and add meat and sauce.  Mix well.  Pour into a baking dish.  Add cheese mixture to the top by dropping tablespoons of mixture all over the pasta.  Top with shredded cheese.  Bake 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees. 

Serves 6 and if you buy the store brand of all the ingredients and already have an egg in the fridge, this meal will cost less than $10!
