Chobani- Greek Yogurt

I tried some Chobani yogurt today and it was SO GOOD I had to blog about it:)

It is very creamy and has a lot of good flavors to pick from: Plain, vanilla, strawberry, blueberry, peach, honey; raspberry and pomegranate.  So far I have had the vanilla and peach!

They have 120 calories per serving (6oz).  Contains 20% calcium, 0g fat, og cholesterol, 65 mg sodium, 13g carbs, 13g sugar and a whopping 16g of protein!  Most other 6 oz contains of yogurt only contain 5-6g of protein.  So this is a great way to get extra protein in your diet for those who need it.
